Mechanical
Our mechanical inspection covers plumbing, electrical devices and fixtures, most kitchen appliances, and HVAC equipment. Our inspectors will thoroughly examine these systems and ensure everything is working well. If any issues get found, we will provide you with a detailed report and repair recommendations.
Structural
Our structural inspection covers board concrete, block wall foundations, floor joists, bottom/top plates of wall members, roof leaks, load-bearing walls, and attached garage walls. RecallChek
We include a RecallChek with every inspection at no additional cost. We’ll take note of your appliances’ make and model numbers and put them in our database. If any of your devices get recalled, we’ll notify you and explain how to get them repaired free of charge. Sewer Gard
Summit Property Inspectors offers Sewer Gard as a free benefit with every inspection. This protection plan covers failures in your sewer line that may not be visible during the inspection and any underground issues between your home and the street.
